AUCTIONEERS NOTE: Q and Margaret Goslee collected a variety of quality antiques for most of their adult lives, notably carnival glass. Q was also a master at refinishing furniture, spending many hours a day in his workshop during his retirement years. This is a very nice Auction.

CUT GLASS PUNCH BOWL Deeply cut 14 ¼ ” bowl with separate base, has a very expressive 'Rooster Crowing At The Rising Sun' on the bowl and on the base. It weighs in at a heafty 19 lbs.You may never see another one like it. To date, we have found no one who has been able to positively identify it.

 

ART GLASS Iridescent threaded dish held in stag horn holder by serpent design brass straps, likely  by Pallme-Koenig or Kralik; Iridescent oil spot 5” vase w/melted rim and ground pontil-Rindskopf; 5” green w/mica iridescent vase-Loetz; iridescent 8” bottle or vase w/6 applied handles and ground pontil-by ?.  

 

NATIONAL GUITAR Serial Number S5422, nickel finish, tri-cone, square neck, no tuners, small seam seperation in back. Sells at 12 noon.

 

 

QUILTS All are appliqued and hand sewn. Two 8 petal flowers w/stem 78” x 68”; Rose w/leaves and stem 95” x 81”; Pin  Wheel 104” x 88”; plus afgans, crocheted items and linens.

 

DOLLS 30” bisque head, sleep eyes, open mouth, 4 teeth, marked Germany; 20” bisque head, marked Mable 5/0, kid body, sleep eyes, open mouth, 5 teeth; 14” blond china head. These dolls all have shoulder plate repair and have been re-dressed, walnut doll bed.
